Goldstar Investments (2019) Limited, has made an application to the Kawerau District Licensing Committee for the grant of a renewal Off Licence for the premises situated at 12-14 Islington Street, Kawerau known as Kawerau Super Liquor.

The general nature of the business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is a retail liquor outlet.

The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are:

Monday to Sunday  9.00am-10.00pm, except on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1.00pm on ANZAC Day.

Objections

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Private Bag 1004, Kawerau 3169.

No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
