There are two newly-renovated, centrally-located public toilets located at the Kawerau i-SITE Visitor Information Centre on Plunket Street (across the road from Prideaux Park), and next to the playground in Ranfurly Court (opposite District Council offices).

Opening hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm daily during the winter months and from 8.00 am to 7 pm during summer.
